Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@macabrecandles.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well. Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time. For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on-sale items, gift cards, and products that have been used. Wax products such as candles and wax melts may melt in transit during hotter months. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for melted products, so try to have them shipped to an address where someone will be available to move them to a temperature-controlled environment.

Exchanges

Items will only be replaced if they are damaged or defective. If you have any questions email us at info@macabrecandles.com

Refunds (if applicable) 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
